By using Swell you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Use Swell lawfully and respect other people. Harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, spam, illegal content and exploitation of minors are prohibited.

Your account

You are responsible for access to your phone number and device. Never share verification codes or session credentials.

Your content

You remain responsible for content you send. You grant Swell only the technical rights necessary to transmit, store and display it to recipients you choose and to operate safety features.

Safety and moderation

Users can block accounts and report users/messages. Accounts that violate the rules may be warned, suspended or blocked, and abusive content may be removed under the Community Guidelines.

Ephemeral messages

Expiration reduces how long a message is retained in Swell, but it cannot prevent a recipient from taking a screenshot or making a copy outside Swell.

Account termination

You may delete your account in the app or use the deletion page.

Service availability

We aim to provide a secure and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change for technical, legal or security reasons.
